Location is everything, and we are lucky to be located in Hood River’s sought after Pine Grove, less than 10 minutes from downtown Hood River. Our location feels deep in the countryside but is conveniently located for easy guest arrival and departure from the best accommodations in the Columbia River Gorge. We are one hour from Portland International Airport, and it’s a stunning drive along the Columbia River, showing off Oregon’s beautiful scenery all along the way.
We’re not open to the public for any other purpose; your wedding day will be truly yours, with all the privacy that comes with being tucked into hundreds of acres of orchard in the Hood River Valley. Enjoy the beauty of our farm land, mountain views & gardens with your friends & family, with no other on-lookers passing by.
A special place to exchange vows, between two beautiful white mountains: Mt. Hood and Mt. Adams. The ceremony is centered in front of Mt. Hood, and as everyone looks behind them as the procession begins, they see Mt. Adams. Every location on the property, included the covered reception space has a sweeping view.
We pride ourselves on our lush gardens: a field of lavender, a wall of hydrangeas, a big patch of hollyhocks, heirloom rose varieties galore: you will not come to The Orchard during wedding season without seeing a spectacular display of flowers. We’ve worked hard to keep our gardens peaking May through October so every wedding is encompassed with the magic of specially selected floral varieties.
Food sourced locally and prepared on-site. The freshest of fresh ingredients, sourced from the agricultural land that will surround you as you eat. Experienced Chef Ben Stenn uses many years of relationships with local farmers to create seasonal menus customized to your preferences. We also have a kitchen garden on-site where we grow ingredients to include in your meal!
With artisanal cocktails made with ingredients sourced on the property, locally sourced wines and beers from the experts in the industry and a fully customized bar menu, you can choose the drinks that feel most aligned with your vision and enjoy them with your guests.

A streamlined team of wedding planners who have been vetted and have ample experience in our space, caterers who bring the best our local farmers have to offer as well as excellent, tried and true service, and a dedicated venue team to help assist you from the day you book until your event is complete helps guarantee that all you invest in is professionally and seamlessly planned and executed.
Everything you need to plan your dream wedding is included. With a solid and elegant baseline of great furniture, every wedding we host is beautiful whether or not additional decor is added. All the tables, ceremony, and reception seating and accessory tables and are included; you will not need to bring any additional furniture for your event.
While so many venues focus on the views from the ceremony, you and your guests will spend the majority of your time at the reception space. From entrance to exit, we make sure there are magical, epic views to enjoy. Enter a beautifully landscaped path adjacent to a lavender farm, and enjoy spectacular views of Mt. Hood for the entirety of your event. Arrival, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, cake cutting, and every other piece of your event will have a spectacular view.
